Puncture last 1km bug?

Stagiare Posts: 209 Joined: 23-06-2009 PCM$: 200.00	Hey guys. Just played a TA Stage in my Career (PCM DB). under 1km to the finish line, Boasson Hagen got a puncture. And couldnt do shit, and was withdrawn from the race, due to he wasnt able to finish the race. This must indeed be a bug? How/where can i edit him to be back in the stage race? Could be the case. infact he was leading Cavendish in the sprint, so that sounds realistic though, but still. have that happend before so close to the finish line to anyone of you then?
