Question about race screen

I see the forum of the sories and i see that they report every single action of their race and also screen about the race that they've done.How can i do it? How can i upload it in an eventual thread?

You can press Ctrl+U to hide all the HUDs and than press Ctrl+T to make a screenshot that you can later find in Documents/PcM12/User/Screenshots. You can upload it for example on photobucket and post the picture link here like i did with this one (quote my post to see it).
