how to change contract lengh?

my contract with contador is over at the end of the season and every time i try to renew with him he says he wants to mull.so i have 2 questions:

1)i have no sponsor for next season but i am looking for one.could that be the problam?
2)if its not then how do i edit the DB to make his contract 2 years longer?

what means "mull"?
But yes, having a sponsor is one of the requirements for signing contracts. Other would be to have a positive bank account.

But you could always cheat the contract length. I just answered the very same question yesterday or so. Use the forum search or other means to find that response.

From my limited experience this means he will not sign for you.
I had riders even sign a lower offer from another team
