Adding U23 riders to teams

I noticed that a lot of talent 8 riders and even U23 winners dont get picked up by any team and thus get deleted from the game.
How would i go about adding young riders to other teams?
Instantly or thru the normal process of signing for next season.

Its obviously the the fklDcyclist_pro in DYN_young_cyclist and a contract pops up in DYN_contract_cyclist, but where are they connected?

I didn't check the tables, but the concept is to move the rider from DYN_young_cyclist to DYN_cyclist. If you want the rider to be a free agent, you don't have to create a contract. |

The tables are very different. Its almost like creating new riders.
Its a shame to see all the talents go to waste and big teams picking up talent 3 riders.
Edit: I deleted all <5 young riders and made sure no new ones are created, lets see how that goes.

you realise that if all the talented riders get picked up over the 3 potential guys that the game would become unplayable later on ?
It´s either that or the game creating the exact amoung of rider needed for every Potential group and then you´d get imbalance with nationalities (important for sponsors) and other things.
The game creates a ton of young riders so that there´s variety and randomness, i´ll take that over "uniform" creation of just the right amount of riders with every potential and nationality.
Even if you add only 5 or 10 aditional high-potential guys each season that could screw with the balance imo.

This is my first go at PCM and since i come from the FM series, i do what the game promises - manage.
you realise that if all the talented riders get picked up over the 3 potential guys that the game would become unplayable later on ?
