How do you download stages?

How do you download a stage from your Pcm 07 Stages forum. There's a link and then you download it and it comes up with a load of stuff like the angles and stuff like that.
Please help i really want some of Sporting's stages.

P.s Where do you then place the files?

What kind of file is it? If it's .xml, just right click it and save it in the CM_Stages-folder.
