Why does Morale still not work?

Morale used to change when getting good results in the previous editions.

Now the only way is to use the leisure training camps. This means that AI riders never improve in morale and that you have to spend alot of money while cheating to do it.

Your rider performs worse, trains slower and gains fatigue faster and there's nothing you can do about it unless you want to waste alot of cash. It doesn't even sound like anyone in Cyanide realized it or is going to fix it.

Agree. It is so lame that morale seems to do with simply spending money at the right time.
