Can you tell me what must I do to change team budget limit in Lachis Editor?

The game has an absolute maximum of 600K for the rider wages.
Also the next years rider wages can only be twice as high then actual season.
Is either of them your problem?

BTW:
This forum is full of such questions and instructions how to fix it, so you could try the forum search.
And this is not a technical problem.
