Beginner looking to get into PCM 2012

I was wondering if there is a nicely written game guide on the web incorporating main aspects of this game. even if its not for the 2012 version.

Plus some general help with racing strategies and stuff. I am just getting into the sport in a big way and this game looks very appealing to me.
