Salary Budget?

I'm in the first season with Team Sky. I renewed some contracts of my riders and contacted only a new one(Kiserlovski). Now, if I try to renew the contract of R. Uran, or if I try to contact another one, it tells me the sponsors have imposed a maximum salary of 0 for this rider. What can I do to repair this?

You have to achieve a positive bankbalance to renew your riders contracts or sign new riders. I hope it solves the problem  |

I have a positive bankbalance  The salaries are 633.250 and I have more than 700.000 .
Btw, how can I change the monthly sponsor income with an editor ? (I use pcm fast editor)

It's a common thing. The problem is, as far as I know, that the game has an unchangeable salary cap of 600.000. And with strong teams like Sky, you're soon above that, and when you are, you can't offer more. So the only thing you can do is to edit your savegame with one of the editors (check the download section in case you don't have one already). You can either reduce the salary of your other riders to get below the 600k again or you just extend the contract of Uran.

Wasnt it the case with 700k? I remeber there was a hard cap of 700k in the versions until pcm10. But it could have been just the maximum sponsor revenue...

So it's nothing I can do to get salaries over 600k, that's the game limit. Everything is ok, I used an editor to renew the contracts.
But Can you tell me please how can I edit the monthly income from sponsor? Thanks!
