New Sponsor - Wage Budget issue

I´m having a problem with not being able to sign more than a handful of riders, as my wage bill for the next season is set very low. This is despite the fact that I managed to secure a new main sponsor on a 2 year contract worth about 3 million euros.

Maybe I misunderstood something? Hope someone is able to help, this completely ruins my savegame.

The wage bugdet cannot be more then twice as high as in last year. Don't ask why they programmed it that way. The easiest way would be to edit your save and raise the existing contracts. Table would be DYN_contract_cyclist.
