Hi guys, does anybody know if changing the numbers in sta_cyclist_progression has the effect i´m looking for ? What irritates me a bit here is that the values there are the same in career started with 0.0 progression (number you set on start up) and careers started with 1.0 progression.

this is the value you set at the start of the career. You could even go higher then 1.
edit : OK, can open the manager file with the normal editor but in the coeff_f_carac_evolution column there´s a 0 no matter if i start the career at 0.0, 0.5 or at 1.0
do i simply put in 0.3 in the table ?

yes, that´s the one. And i´ve edited other things from sponsor goals to race participation with no problem.
Could anyone try with their save (just open, click on manager and check the coeff_f_carac_evolution column) ?
maybe the zero means that it stays on the default you choose, still weird that the default number is nowhere to be found
Could anyone do me a solid and check with their career if the number in the coeff_f_carac_evolution column (in dyn_manager) is indeed 0.0 by default or if that might be a problem with my game ?
I´ve manually changed it to 0.3 and i think it´s working well (currently in July 2014) but of course i don´t have many comparisons available with this being my first PCM career in years.
coeff_f_carac_evolution column (in dyn_manager) stays zero with me too.
the local.db/gamoption.carac_evolution gets changed though.
Then again I don't see any changes at all in my game for my own or other riders.I'm still rather new though only 6 months in.
