I don't understand a thing

In my career I have a rider with 85 ovr on mountain,raised in few years .When the great mountains come my rider have the pulse 175-180 on train by 75 ovr.I don't used the training camps and I don't understand why when he attack,he resist only few metres.It's my question.

How are his other stats? How was his fitness? What difficulty?

I have this problem with this rider https://imageshack...0003xk.png in Giro d'Italia,but I have some problem with this rider https://imageshack...0002wf.png in Le Tour.I think of other stats but...

What are the mountain stats of your helpers? If they are more than 80 then that is probably your problem.
