My sponsors indicate no rating registered riders. Where I can registered my riders?

Registered riders is the appreciation of your sponsors in you taking popular riders in 'key' races (e.g. a race in the same country as of the sponsor). And if the rider is from the same country as the sponsor, that should make it even better (even if he's not as popular as other riders).

But ultimately sponsor happiness doesn't matter at all in PCM11, so you don't really need to pay attention to that Wink
