Like every TTT it's hard to win... take a look at the tips and tricks. It's from PCM09 i think but it didn't change much.

in short TTT the AI always win..
in long(very) long i always win..
So if u just simulate the TT´s, then it is most realistic.

So noone has ever won this race, even with Radioshack, BMC, Garmin, Sky?

It is almost impossible to win those 10-16 km TTT. It is possible though. Somebody won it in a carreer. The longer ones, are really easy. The TTT from Les Essarts was always won by me. The AI had no chance.

in normal difficult i can be at less than 10s of the winner with omega pharma but win its very difficult, but its difficult because IA cheats not because IA do it well |

TTTs are very weird in the game. In the short ones, the AI goes super fast, so even if you go 99 and relay your guys perfectly with the best team you'll hardly win it. But the longer the route gets, especially in those 60, 70 km TTTs, it's quite easy to win and take minutes from the other teams if you manage your riders correctly.
