Is there something wrong with my stage editor, the game, or is it just the .gpx file???

I have even tried zooming in but the brown color stays there!

So I just did the same route on another site, and the colors still looked like that? Its only for this one route that it is doing this, so I guess there is nothing wrong, it must just be the route.
