PCM 12 worth buying?

Still playing PCM 10 with the 2011 update. I'm very close to buying this year's game but is it actually worth it? I see there are already plenty of patches and also a PCMDaily DB out. I've given up the idea of a bug free PCM long ago so is there anything to watch out for etc.?

there are plenty of similar or same threads around, so feel free to read up there.

The main thing to be considered: PCM 12 has no LAN multiplayer.
