Potential and RES in PCMdaily DB

Amateur Posts: 14 Joined: 12-08-2011 PCM$: 200.00	When i play multiple seasons with the PCMdaily DB every new young cyclists never gets an 8 in potential and over 75 in resistance_limit. Is it possible to change that in the db?
