Gold Star, Blue Background

Amateur Posts: 2 Joined: 20-07-2012 PCM$: 200.00	Hi everyone, I'm new and have found the site a great help so thanks for that. Just had a question about registered riders screen before a race. Next to a few of my riders names is a Blue square with a yellow star inside it. Does anyone know what this means/indicates? Cheers, I've attached an image as well b1llytk attached the following image:

This was before a team time trial event and these 8 riders had been on a Team trial camp 2 weeks previously. Not 100% but I believe its indicating they are prepared or have a stat boost as they've trained in the discipline.
