Blue Screen after Stage loads

I purchased this game about a week ago and everything has been working fine until today. Now, after a stage loads, I try to select one of my riders and the screen turns blue except for a few minor graphic elements. I've searched this forum and could not find anything that referenced this specific problem.

Anybody experience something similar?

I read about this problem before but I don't think there was a solution.
Try to reset your game by deleting the pcm folder in %APPDATA% (type that into your explorer, then press enter)
