change of authorized wage bill

Hey guys, first sorry for my bad english.
second my question: I want to change the authorized wage bill. Now it stands still at 600.000 even if my sponsors say it could be at least at 1.600.000.
So my question is if and when yes, where can i change the authorized wage bill?

Are you sure that this really is your problem and that it can be raised any higher?
There is a absolute maximum which cannot be exceeded but I cannot remember the exact number. But there are plenty of other problems with the contracts also. Try the forum search.
