If i play the hard level, I never win in a sprint, I am using a good tactic for easy and normal level but at hard level , I never win.
Can anyone help me to win at hard?

I never could win either on hard. I just went through a full season on Normal, and eventually got used to the ins and outs of the game. Try a couple races on normal and once winning comes easy to you, change to hard.

it's a really tricky thing to setup and requires some good timing, if you're going to focus on sprints, make sure you have at least one other sprinter maybe 2 points below in before sprint and acceleration. One method is to jump on the back of a train with your leadout and sprinter and hit it at about 3 km to go, then launch your final sprinter between 1 and 1.5km to go. The other method is to have a strong man type, be near the front, follow with your leadout and have your sprinter following your leadout, put the strong man at 99 effort at around 5-7.5km to go, launch in a similar fashion and hope for the best, it's no guarantee but I have several sprint victories and a stage race win by following these methods
