Strange training response for sinkewitz

I know he is a doper but when i trained him in my pcm 06 game he got over 100% and still didnt improve can somone answer me why?? |

I think its because he had reached his potential, and therefore could not gain any more stats through the training system.

Bumping after only 7 minutes doesn't exactly help the cause.
Depending on his potential (1-8) he might have reached the maximum of certain abilities. He can not improve in those stats regardless of the efficiency percentage.

But he cant improve in any abilities and this is happening to other riders in the game too |

That is certainly strange or am I wrong? He should still be able to improve a few stats. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I've hardly ever seen a cyclist reach the maximum of all abilities.

Thats the strange thing some times it just stops at 100% but some really strange times the % is over 100 as 117% :S I am really confused |

He has reached his potential in the stats where it goes above 100 %. He'll still improve in the other stats where it's below 100 %. |
