Career start date changing

I'd like to start up a career with the starting year of 2006. Which column should I edit?
I've seen that in some historical DBs the starting date is changed. (fx. the PCM Norge's 1998 DB).
I use the Fast Editpr, but I'm unable to find the needed column. I've already tried to use the search function of the forum, but unfortunately I couldn't find it. Can someone help me?

You can change the year in GAM_config.
pcmdaily.com/images/awards/2012/member.png
pcmdaily.com/images/awards/2013/member.png
