Ceremony graphics look terrible

I am using the PCM Daily DB and after a race when they show the podium, the ceremony girls always have some kind of weird blue texture.

I would search for this but I'm not sure what the correct term for these girls is lol.

Which DB? I remember this being an issue, but it was back in the Beta of 2011 Expansion Pack..

Its the 2012 PCM Daily V1 i think, but its always happened when i usae a PCM Daily DB.
