Game freeze in stream read and freeze when i quit the game

I have this two problems since today. I played very well until today apears this problem. When I try to quit the game, I hold the button and the game freeze here. After I try to play a single stage, but the game freeze at stream read...

Conclusion. I can´t play...

Any solution to this? I try to reinstall, delete the cache, etc. I try to play without any patches, but is the same thing...
