cannot sign new riders despite I have a sponsor for next season

I am in the middle of season 2015 with omega pharma-Q. and the game says I cannot sign new riders because I do not have a sponsor for the coming season. But my sponsor have contract till 2017 (I fixed that in the editor). How can I fix so I can sign new riders?

Obviously you did not fix it correctly. There are plenty of threads where I explained it already.
