I have a question about a planning. I have a career with Rabo, I want to drive the Tour and maybe the Vuelta with Gesink. I won't let him drive races till May, so what can I better do, or give him a roster with everything low (a empty custom) and change it a few months for the Tour?

i would suggest a custom fitness plan, with level 6 for 2nd and 3rd week of le tour (week 28-29) and 3rd week of the vuelta (week 36).
