Ive got hannes editor V1.2 and i can easily click if i wanna change a national champion or world champion. But is there any way i can do this with the protour leaders jersey for Di Luca

The Pro Tour leader jersey will be on whoever got the most amount of Pro Tour points. Therefore, you can't set it with Hannes Editor. You can open your save game with Hannes Converter and assign points to Di Luca, so he leads the Pro Tour competition. That will make him wear the Pro Tour jersey.
