The riders' morale never changes. Why is this. So if you start a career with a big star who is only has a light green arrow he will gain fatigue faster than those with a better morale for the whole career.

What's the point?

In my game their morale changes, so I don't see your point.

After 1 ½ seasons none of my riders have ever changed in morale

I also have issues with rider morale - not knowing what determines good or bad morale..just won vuelta la mallorca with Luis Leon Sanchez, which is one of his favourite races, but he is still unhappy..whats up with that..
