Is it possible to use the editors to make World and National Championship races available to play as one off stage races in single player mode?

If so how?

If you change the race's fkIDnewUCI_class to 1.HC, 1.1, etc (a value which does not correspond to a NC - see STA_UCI_class), you can play them in single mode. However you can't make it available only for riders of that country, you'll need a startlist for that.
