Changing Custom Team Sponsor Length

How do you change the length of the contract that your custom team gets at the beginning of a career to be more than one or two years in the PCM fast editor?

DYN_sponsor -> gene_i_contract_end. But changing the value there will only work if you're not yet in the final year of the contract.

Btw, some people are saying that the Fast Editor, while being able to open the PCM12 DB, can mess it up when saving back. So I'd advise to either use the Full Editor or use the Fast Editor but don't overwrite your save (make a backup of it).
