PCM 2011 crash at start of 2014

Hi
A friend directed me here, my game is crashing at the start of the 2014 season with the pcmdaily database.
Can it be fixed, can someone help me?
Im not very computer strong so some guidance would be great,

Does it crash on the change from 2013 to 2014 and did you install a DB?

Fixed
Just place the file in My Docs/PCM11/Users/username/Database/Solo/PCMdailyExpansionPackV1 (and rename it to Career_[number]).
