Problems with morale.

Hey,
I have been playing Career-mode with Euskaltel, but my best riders like fax. Samuel Sanchez seems to underachieve because his morale is only at the "Normal" level. I have tried to win a couple of races with him, playing on "easy" mode, just to boost his morale, but it doesn't seem to help, ad his morale remains on "Normal." Anyone else has this problem?

My riders are all happy.
Try sending him on a training camp, that always does the trick for me.

So did it work, sending samuel sanchez on a solo training camp?
