any point having a trainer if cyclist reached its full potential?

If i have a rider at 81 MO, and he doesn´t have any stars left either in the MO stats, or somewhere else, is there any point having a trainer for that cyclist. will his stats decline slower if he has a trainer, or do I can I just give a shit in giving him a trainer?

Depends on his age. If he's declining, I'd put a trainer on him. Otherwise I don't think there's a reason to do so.
