How many sponsor agents?

I've been wondering how many do you use or advise to use. Usually I have 2 or 3 regions where I should have the most chance to find a sponsor due to squad etc. Usually USA among them. Up to now I've been simply hiring 2-3 (at least international) agents in order to search these countries simultanously.

Wondering if there's a better approach?

I usually do the same as you and I've always found a new sponsor in time. So it worked good so far. Hiring more is probably even more efficient, but I've always found 3 agents more than enough.
