Adding Stages-Problems and Diffculties

So basically to add more fun for the cycling races and tours. I decided to make the "Tour of America" which starts early Feb and will end mid late March. And making it a Grand Tour. Nonetheless, how do you create and export stages. I go through the "Stage Editor" selection on the game menu. Can anyone please help me how to do this? Cause I would totally be up to create one and eventually make it available for download.

ALSO:

Give me some ideas on where you think this tour should start. I wanna finish in DC/New York. But then again the Rockies are in the West/Mountain time regions.

Rocky Mountains
Appalachian Mts.

Are just some of the mountain ranges and stuff I'm going to include. Any more ideas? And if you interested on helping, let me know. But in order for this to happen, I need to know how to create stages. So PLEASEEEE HELP Smile
