Protect a rider and then a rider protect the rider who protect the other rider? Can you do that? |

Sadly, you can't do that. What you could do is to protect your leader with your 2nd best helper and having your best helper protected by your 3rd helper. When the one protecting your leader is done for you just use your best helper.
There's a fine line between "psychotherapist" and "psycho the rapist"

Does anybody know if this helps to protect a rider with more than one rider?
When X is protecting Y, send X for water. Then protect Y with Z, after X finish with the bottle delivery, he will protect again Y.
Are both riders protecting Y? Does it help to protect better?
Thanks! |

Actually, Via a minor glitch in the game, you can!
1.Protect Your Leader with your main helper
2.When this is done, Send this helper to get drinks
3.Whilst this guy is getting drinks, Tell your next helper to protect him
4.Repeat for as many guys as you want
5.When they have finished getting drinks, you'll have a long line of people protecting each other
Edit:Too slow, and I'm fairly sure you only get the protection effects, if you protect the next helper in the chain, rather than your leader each time

I don't know if it makes much difference then... It doesn't make the most difference now anyway, imo. |

No, it's a small bug of the game in which the rider is shown with the protection 'symbol' but it has no effect (also if you change to the protection menu you'll see the rider is protecting nobody).
