Above your jersey in Photoshop/Paint.net/GIMP or other software, then use the function 'multiply' to eliminate the white and leave only the 'folds' (whatever that is called).

I don't know which program you're using, but it shouldn't take more than a minute to find where the blending options are located with Google.

I understand that open the jersey (example . Orica green edge)
then copy the template https://i571.photo... and set the layer properties and set function multiply. it is so.
