World Championship TTT

As you all might know, this year in Valkenburg there will be a World Championship Team Time Trials.

I wondered if someone could create the stage and if it is possible to create this championship in a database.

The champions-jersey is just a logo on the shirt of the entire team which won the WC. I wasn't able to find this logo yet, I'll post it when I find it.

Is it possible to create this "jersey" and make the team use it untill the next TTT WC?
Inactive due to personal reasons.
