Wierd Road Problem

I sometimes get this wierd road...But it only happens at some corners ( turn in the road) not all of them.And those light and dark shapes move and change at that corner ie. not static

Any ideas

my theory is that the shaders must be mucked up

it is on high

It doesnt happen on veryhigh or medium (from memory)
