Buying a new computer - what do I need....
Smoothiebaloo
... to run the highest graphics smooth and fast? (If possible)

Lachi
It is not possible to run all stages on the higest settings.

Anyway, I would not recommend buying a new computer for this game only. If you need a better computer, then buy one, else just life with it. But if you have enough money, then just buy the best computer you can afford. This game needs good CPU and decent GPU.

What specs is needed to run on the "highest" settings?

Why isn't it possible to run on the highest settings???

Then Ivy Bridge i7 - 64 bits should do the trick?
And of course a 1GB Graphics card?

CrueTrue
1 GB graphics card doesn't say much - it's much more important what graphic card it is.
