Can you delete one split time at the hilly time trial, because the game doesn't run,there are three split times and this causes game to crash.

No, only the person who made the stage can edit it.
But you can replace the files of that stage with a similar one.

If you are addressing me personally, then no, because as I said: ONLY the person who make the stage, can edit it.
Like I said, just replace the files with files from a similar stage.

I guess quick-simulating the stage should also work.
