I have a question. I want to create an own points and mountain classification system for the game. Is it possible?

Yes, by editing the classification files located in Program Files/Cyanide/PCM 11/Classifications. The files are .xml so you can open them with the notepad. Shouldn't be too hard to understand how they work, but if you have any doubts just ask. Then you can assign this file to the race(s) you want in the DB, more specifically STA_race -> gene_sz_classification_xml. Another option would be to overwrite the files which are already there.
