Is it possible to change the sponsor budget at the start of career and chang the money in the account?

If you want to change your bank account, you can edit the column finan_i_solde in DYN_manager (in your savegame). As for changing the sponsor income, value_i_budget in DYN_sponsor.

I have made my own team and i have the same problem. But you say that you can change the files and that you can find that in the savegame, is that 'export' or something ?

you download an editor (i prefer PCM fast editor)
then open up the savegame and go to "manager", then set the balance (or change anything as you wish)
