It's time for stage 6 and this ones a hilly one. Paulinho, Kiverlovski and Lovkvist are the favourites here. Expect them to be desperate for the twenty bonus seconds on offer.

with 50km to go we begin to climb back out of the valley towards the finish. The break have a 5 minute lead.

On the countback it's Kiverlovski who gets yellow, Navarro is solidly 4th now.


D2 Watch: Laverde Jiminez again moves up a couple of places now to 11th, taking advantage of Raisin and Colex cracking. He and Serrano coming in 13th and 14th are the the best placed D2 riders.
