Transfers?

Amateur Posts: 2 Joined: 08-03-2012 PCM$: 200.00	Hi, I'm new to PCM, today I bought the game, and I just started my first career. I was wondering how I could buy other cyclists? How to do transfers? I don't seem to find a way to do this, I suppose that's possible given the fact that this is a sports managers game (I'm used to playing football manager)? Or am I wrong?

Classics Specialist Posts: 3709 Joined: 10-09-2010 PCM$: 200.00	When July starts, you can get riders without contract, or with no contract for the next season. Just click on their names, and there is a button with "offer contract" or something like that.
