renew contract

Hey
I have started a career with OPQS, they have a rooster of 30 riders. Peter Velits his contract expires at the end of the season, but every time I want to renew his contract I get a message that I have 30 riders for next season and that I first have to fire a rider.
How can I renew his contract without fire a rider?

Another question about renewing contracts. When a rider decides to mull over the offers he has received is there any chance of him staying? because every rider that said it on my career has left. I might just be unlucky:lol:

As far as I know, it's a bad translation and means that he will leave your team for sure.
But you could use an editor if you don't consider it cheating.
