Hi,
Is in the Fast editor or another editor a column that determines the fitnes of a cyclist, like how often he is going to have bad fitness in a race? I have a cyclist who 8 from 10 times has bad fitness in a race, often -5.

This is random but your captain will never go below -1, so set it correctly before you start the stage.
Maybe the threshold for a captain is -3, I cannot remember for sure, but it has been discussed before. |

Are you sure leaders have a max bad day? I hope not, although I can't remember if there was a day with my leader going -4 or -5 (there were bad days, but I'm not sure if that bad). But I really hope there isn't such a thing. It's realistic for a leader to have a bad day and lose several minutes, as frustrating as that may be when it happens to your leader.

I am sure because this information comes from Cyanide developers directly.
I cannot guarantee that it is still valid in PCM2011 because I cannot remember when I received this information but I doubt that Cyanide does change such things easily. |

Ok now i now. I play usually with this cyclist as free. Then im going to put him as co-leader to avoid that. Im having this problem only with this cyclist. I have 3 groups of 8 cyclist each. Every group has a Leader, one free and the rest are helpers, and the only free cyclist who allways is in in bad fittness is the cyclist i was talking about. He is really good could be a leader but i dont think is real to have 4 Leaders in a Team. Is there a World Tour team who has 4 Leaders?

I mean the role before you start the stage. Only the role captain will help you on this. |

Here is a pic of my leader in one race. Sergio Henao is the leader by the way. And its not the first time that one of my leaders had -4.

Henao same Race, same Stage in my second attempt. WTF??? And he was again Team leader. Have my game a bug???

Why would you think your game has a bug? You should in fact be happy that your leader has a bad day on a flat stage, instead of a mountain one.

Indeed, the leader in the team should not go beyond -3 in daily form. Strange, no idea really of explanation. You should move on and see what happens in next races though, and see if that repeats.
