Ok, once all the transfers are closed, we can finally move onto the neo-pro draft - a request after the success of the initial draft.
So we want your ideas for riders. A total of 18 are needed, and please post here:
[Name] e.g. Allan Smile
[Nationality] - must be in the DB e.g. KEN (Kenya)
[DOB] Must be between (and including) 1988 and 1990 e.g. 1st January 1988
[Speciality] e.g. Sharp Sprinter
[Description of the rider] e.g. Allan Smile was born and raised by wolves (I don't want to even go there), and as such, cannot ride a bike. Some say that during the full moon, he glows in the dark, and that if a coat was made from his skin, the wearer would have the power of the flight. All we know is he is called the Stig

My first of many ideas
[Name] Borat Sagdiyev Jr
[Nationality] KAZ (Kazakhstan)
[DOB] 13th October 1989
[Speciality] Team rider - likes to give his teammates many 'high-fives'
[Description of the rider] A freak child of Borat born when Borat was just 18, Sagdiyev Jr has had an odd life to say the least. He remained hidden for many many years and only last year picked up a bike and joined the Kazakh National Team, in which he immediately became the leader due to his father's influence.

He grew up in an cupboard under the stairs and had a collection of socks. At the age of 11, a great big giant came to the door, called Hagrin and said to him with a great big smile: 'You're a cyclist Hairy'. A what? 'A cyclist' Whats one of them? 'Didnt you know that the evil Lord Voldedope killed your parents in a horrific bike accident' No??? 'You don't know, oh dear id best leave then'.
And now 6 years later Mr Poter, who is now a Chav, decided to skive off school and become a cyclist. Little did he know that Lord Voldedope is lurking round the corner, in his disguise of Pat Mcqaid...
