I dont know how how do the AI calculate the Team time. Sometimes i get with a rider a gap of 2 or 3 minutes and still in the team time im not at the first team and sometimes i dont even win and im the first team Rolling Eyes

It's calculated like in real life: time of the best 3 riders on the stage.

Normally the times of the first 3(?) riders are counted.
On hilly/mountain races it works as no team normally has exactly the same times.
On flat stages where many teams are equal it``s a bit bugged except of the first stage.
